The Thiacry or Degué of Senegal is an appetizing couscous typically African and traditionally Senegalese. It is obtained by rolling and steaming the millet semolina. It can prepare many dishes, such as: millet couscous, Cere Siim, Muraake. It can also be used as an entremet or dessert, mixed with sweet yoghurt for example.
