Blue tea, Butterfly Pea, Anchan, Purple Tea or Clitoria Troicata are all names for blue tea from Thailand. This product is made from the flowers of Klitoria, which is grown in the north of Thailand. When brewed, it produces a dark blue, ink-like infusion and a slightly starchy pea flavor.
